Getting Started with the Invoice App

This guide walks you through setting up the Invoice app in five simple steps. You will add products, add customers, create your first invoice, and send it to your customer.

Step-by-Step Setup

Open the Invoice App
From the App Launcher or dashboard, click Invoice to open the app. You will see the main Invoice dashboard with navigation to Products, Customers, and Invoices.
Add Products
Go to Products and click Add Product. Enter the product name, price, and optional description, tax, and SKU. Add all products you plan to invoice. See the Products guide for details.
Add Customers
Go to Customers and click Add Customer. Enter the customer name and email. Add address and phone if needed. See the Customers guide for details.
Create Your First Invoice
Go to Invoices and click Create Invoice. Select a customer, add products or line items with quantities, review the totals, and save. See the Invoices guide for details.
Send the Invoice
Open the saved invoice and click Send Email to email it to the customer, or Download PDF to save and share manually. You can also mark the invoice as paid when payment is received.
