App Launcher

The App Launcher is your central hub for accessing all Xnoll apps. Switch between Inventory, ERP, Booking, and Invoice apps with a single sign-in. No separate logins required.

What is the App Launcher?

The App Launcher is a dashboard that shows all apps available to your company. After signing in, you see tiles for each app (Inventory, ERP, Booking, Invoice) and can click any tile to open that app. The Platform is also accessible from here for managing companies, team, billing, and settings.

How to Access Apps

Sign in to Xnoll with your email and password. You will land on the App Launcher or dashboard.
Select Your Company
If you belong to multiple companies, choose the one you want to work in from the company switcher.
Click an App

How Switching Between Apps Works (SSO)

Xnoll uses single sign-on (SSO) across all apps. When you sign in once, you can access every app your company has enabled without signing in again. You can switch between apps using the header navigation or by returning to the App Launcher. Your session and company context are preserved.

Understanding App Access and Permissions

Which apps you see depends on:

  • Company subscription — Your plan determines which apps are enabled for your company.
  • Your role — Admins can see and manage all enabled apps. Other roles may have restricted access to certain apps based on permissions.
  • App Launcher visibility — If an app is disabled for your company or you lack permission, it will not appear in your launcher.
