Reports

ERP provides a set of reports to analyze sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and stock. Use these reports for period-end closing, reconciliation, and business insights.

Report Types

Sales Register

Lists all sales transactions (invoices) in a selected date range. Shows invoice number, date, customer, amount, tax, and status. Use for sales analysis and reconciliation.

Receivables Ageing

Shows outstanding customer amounts grouped by age (e.g., 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days, over 90 days). Helps track collections and identify overdue invoices.

Sales by Item

Breakdown of sales by item. Shows quantity sold, revenue, and percentage of total. Useful for product performance analysis.

Purchase Register

Lists all purchase transactions (bills) in a selected date range. Shows bill number, date, vendor, amount, tax, and status. Use for purchase analysis and reconciliation.

Payables Ageing

Shows outstanding vendor amounts grouped by age. Helps track payments due and manage cash flow.

Purchase by Item

Breakdown of purchases by item. Shows quantity purchased, cost, and percentage of total. Useful for spend analysis.

Stock Summary

Current stock levels by item and warehouse. Shows quantity on hand, unit, and optionally value. Use to verify availability and inventory valuation.

Stock Movement

All stock in/out movements in a date range. Shows transaction type (production, purchase, sale, transfer, adjustment), item, quantity, warehouse, and date. Use for audit and traceability.

How to Access and Filter Reports

Go to Reports in the ERP menu. Select the report you want. Most reports support:

  • Date range — From and To dates to limit the period.
  • Warehouse — Filter by warehouse (for stock reports).
  • Item — Filter by specific item.
  • Customer / Vendor — Filter by party (for sales/purchase reports).

How to Export Reports

Use the Export button on any report. Options typically include PDF (for printing) and Excel/CSV (for further analysis). Exported data respects the current filters.
