Restaurant POS Overview

The Xnoll Restaurant app helps you run your restaurant, cafe, or food service business. Manage tables, take orders, process payments, and generate reports — all from one place.

What the Restaurant App Does

The Restaurant app covers the full dining lifecycle from seating to payment:

  • Table & Floor Management — Arrange tables on a visual floor plan. Track which tables are free, occupied, or reserved in real time.
  • Menu Management — Organise items by category, set prices, mark veg/non-veg, and control availability throughout the day.
  • Touch POS — A fast, touch-friendly point-of-sale for taking dine-in, takeaway, and counter orders.
  • Order Tracking — Move orders through stages from pending to preparing to ready. Print kitchen tickets automatically.
  • Billing & Payments — Generate bills, accept cash/card/UPI, split bills, process refunds, and print GST invoices.
  • Customer Management — Build customer profiles, track visit history, and use phone search at the counter.
  • Promotions — Set up discounts and coupon codes. Apply them at the order or billing stage.
  • Reporting — View daily sales, top-selling items, payment summaries, and business trends.
