What is the Platform?
The Platform is the central hub where you manage your Xnoll account. It connects your companies, team members, billing, and the apps you use. Whether you run a single business like Acme Corp or manage multiple entities, the Platform gives you one place to control access, settings, and subscriptions.
Key Features
- Companies — Create and manage workspaces for your business. Each company has its own data, team, and settings.
- Team Management — Invite team members, assign roles, and control who can access what within each company.

Companies
A company is your workspace. All team members, items, invoices, and app data belong to a company. You can create multiple companies if you manage more than one business. Each company has its own subscription and billing.
Team Management
Invite colleagues by email and assign them roles. Roles determine what each person can see and do. For example, an employee might have Admin access to Inventory but read-only access to Billing.
Roles & Permissions
Control access at a granular level. Create custom roles or use built-in ones like Admin, Manager, and Viewer. Permissions can be set per app and per feature.
Billing & Subscription
View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment methods. Billing is per company, so each business you manage has its own subscription.
Profile & Settings
Update your name, email, and password. Configure notification preferences and security settings like two-factor authentication.
App Launcher
From the App Launcher, you can enable which apps your company uses and quickly switch between them. All apps share the same login and company context.
