Calendar View

The calendar shows all your bookings in a visual layout. Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views. Create bookings by clicking a time slot, reschedule by dragging, and filter by service or staff.

What the Calendar Shows

The calendar displays all bookings in a time-based grid. Each booking appears as a block showing the service name, customer, and time. You can see at a glance what is scheduled for any day, week, or month.

Calendar Views

  • Daily — One day at a time with hour-by-hour slots. Best for detailed scheduling and seeing exact times.
  • Weekly — Seven days in a row. Good balance of detail and overview. Shows a full week of appointments.
  • Monthly — Full month view. Best for high-level planning and spotting busy or empty days.

How to Read the Calendar

Time runs vertically (or horizontally in some layouts). Each booking block is color-coded by status or service. Hover over a block to see details. Click a block to open the booking. Gray or empty slots are available for new bookings.

Creating a Booking from the Calendar

Click on an empty time slot. A new booking form opens with the date and time pre-filled. Select the service and customer, add notes if needed, and save. The booking appears on the calendar immediately.

Drag and Reschedule

Drag a booking block to a new time slot to reschedule. The system validates that the new slot is available and within a booking slab. Drop to confirm. The booking is updated and the customer can be notified.

Filtering

Use filters to focus on specific data:

  • By service — Show only bookings for selected services (e.g., Consultations only).
  • By staff — If you assign staff to bookings, filter by staff member to see their schedule.
