Phone Search at POS
When creating an order in the Touch POS, you can search for a customer by typing their phone number. The search finds matching customers instantly. If the customer is not found, you can add them directly from the POS.
Visit History
Each customer profile shows their complete visit history, including:
- Order numbers and dates
- Items ordered
- Order totals
- Payment methods used
This helps staff recognise regular customers and personalise their experience.
Tip: Build customer profiles by searching their phone number at the POS when they visit. Over time, you will have a rich database of customer preferences and visit patterns.
