What the ERP App Does
The ERP app covers the full manufacturing and distribution cycle:
- Manufacturing — Define how products are made using Bill of Materials (BOM) and track production through work orders.
- Production — Record actual output, consume raw materials, and update finished goods stock.
- Inventory — Manage warehouses, stock balance, transfers, and opening stock.
- Sales — Create sales invoices and track customer orders.
- Purchase — Record purchase bills for raw materials and supplies.
- Reports — View sales registers, receivables ageing, stock summary, and more.
Key Features
- Bill of Materials (BOM) — Define the recipe or formula for each finished product, listing raw materials and quantities required.
- Work Orders — Create production instructions based on BOMs, set quantities and dates, and track progress.
- Production — Record finished goods produced, automatically consume raw materials, and update stock.
- Item Batches — Track items by lot or batch number for traceability and expiry management.
- Inventory — Warehouses, stock balance, transfers, and opening stock.
- Sales & Purchase — Sales invoices and purchase bills integrated with stock.
- Reports — Sales register, receivables ageing, purchase register, payables ageing, stock summary, and stock movement.
Typical Manufacturing Workflow
Follow this flow to go from product design to stock:
- Create BOM — Define the finished item and list all raw materials with quantities needed to produce one unit.
- Create Work Order — Based on the BOM, create a work order with the quantity to produce and target dates.
- Track Production — Record production entries as you complete batches. Raw materials are consumed and finished goods are added to stock.
- Manage Stock — Use inventory features to view stock, transfer between warehouses, and fulfill sales orders.
