Bookings are scheduled appointments. Each booking links a service, customer, date, and time slot. Create bookings manually or let customers book online. Track status from scheduled to completed or cancelled.
What Are Bookings?
Bookings are scheduled appointments. Each booking reserves a time slot for a customer and a specific service. Bookings appear on the calendar and in the booking list. You can create them manually, or customers can book online when that feature is enabled.

Rescheduling a Booking
Open the booking and change the date or time slot. Ensure the new slot is available (not already booked). The system will validate against booking slabs. Save to apply the change. The customer can be notified of the new time if reminders are configured.
Cancelling a Booking
Open the booking and set status to Cancelled. The time slot is freed for other bookings. You can add a cancellation reason in the notes. Cancelled bookings remain in the list for reporting but are excluded from active counts.
💡
Tip: Confirm bookings before the appointment date. Confirmed status helps reduce no-shows and gives customers confidence their slot is reserved.
