Getting Started with Xnoll

Welcome to Xnoll. This guide walks you through setting up your account, creating your first company, and accessing the apps you need to run your business.

What is Xnoll?

Xnoll is a suite of business applications designed to help you manage different areas of your business. Each app focuses on a specific function:

  • Platform — Your central hub for account management, companies, team members, and billing.
  • Inventory — Manage items, track stock, create sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • ERP — Plan and manage manufacturing with Bill of Materials, work orders, and production tracking.
  • Booking — Schedule services, manage appointments, and handle booking-related invoices and expenses.
  • Invoice — Create and send professional invoices, manage products and customers.

Step-by-Step Setup

Create Your Account
Visit the Xnoll signup page. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Create a Company
After signing in, you will be asked to create your first company. Enter your company name and basic details. A company is your workspace where all data, team members, and apps are managed.
Choose Your Apps
From the App Launcher, select the apps you want to use. You can start with one app and add more later. Each app can be accessed from the main dashboard.
Invite Your Team
Go to Team Management in the Platform. Invite team members by email. Assign them roles to control what they can access and do within each app.
Set Up Your First App
Open the app you selected and follow its Getting Started guide. For example, in Inventory, you would start by adding items, creating a warehouse, and adding customers.

How Companies Work

A company is the top-level container for all your business data. Think of it as your company workspace. Key points:

  • All team members, items, invoices, and settings belong to an company.
  • You can create multiple companies if you manage more than one business.
  • You can switch between companies from the Platform dashboard.
  • Each company has its own subscription and billing.

How Apps Work Together

All Xnoll apps share the same login and company. Once you sign in, you can switch between apps without logging in again. Data like customers, items, and settings can be shared across apps where applicable.
