Getting Started with Booking

This guide walks you through setting up the Booking app: adding services, configuring time slabs, adding customers, creating your first booking, and setting up invoicing.

Step-by-Step Setup

Open the Booking App
From the App Launcher or dashboard, select Booking. You will see the main Booking dashboard with links to Services, Bookings, Calendar, and other sections.
Add Services
Go to Services and click "Add Service". Enter the service name, duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour), price, and optional tax. Add all services you offer (e.g., Consultation, Follow-up, Treatment).
Configure Booking Slabs
Go to Booking Slabs and create time slot configurations. Define which days and times are available for bookings (e.g., Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00). Slabs determine when customers can book.
Add Customers
Go to Customers (or the customer section in the app) and add your customers. Enter name, contact details, and any notes. Customers are required when creating bookings.
Create Your First Booking
Go to Bookings and click "New Booking". Select a service, choose date and time from available slots, select a customer, add optional notes, and confirm. Your first booking is created.
Set Up Invoicing
After a booking is completed, go to Invoices & Payments. Create an invoice from the booking. Configure tax rates and payment terms if needed. You can then record payments when received.
