Privacy Policy — Xnoll Gallery

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to the Xnoll Gallery mobile application published on the Google Play Store by Tatvam Infotech under the xnoll brand. The online xnoll suite of browser applications is covered by the separate xnoll Privacy Policy.

2. Your media stays on your device

Xnoll Gallery is an offline photo and file manager. When you use it, the following stay within your device storage:

• Photos and videos you browse from your device library.
• Favorites, albums, and folder organization you create.
• Recently deleted items, kept locally for 30 days.

3. Information we do not collect

• No account, registration, name, email, or phone number.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No advertising identifiers or browsing history.
• No location data.
• No crash or usage reporting that sends data away from the device.

4. Device permissions we request

To show and manage what is on your phone, Xnoll Gallery asks Android to let it:

• Read your photos and videos so you can browse and organize them.
• Read user-selected media, so you can allow specific photos or videos only.
• Save photos and videos you edit, back to your library.
• Move selected items to recently deleted.

Permission is controlled by you through the system dialogs and can be changed or revoked any time in your device Settings.

5. Recently Deleted

Items you delete move to Recently Deleted on the device and are permanently removed after 30 days, with no copies kept anywhere else.

6. Data sharing

• We do not collect data, so there is no data to share.
• We do not sell or rent any information.
• We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics.
• There is no cloud storage or remote server connected to the app.

8. Children’s privacy

Xnoll Gallery is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone because the app collects no personal data at all.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the app, platform requirements, or our practices change. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
